We are thrilled to be considered for your upcoming wedding. As the leading wedding florist in London, Ontario, we’ve designed our fair share of gorgeous weddings and we’ve perfected our process to ensure our couples have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We believe that getting to know our couples is the key to providing exceptional service and advice. In our initial consultation (in-person or virtually) we will get to know you, your style and vision, and your must-haves for your wedding. We will review inspiration through images, brainstorm design concepts and capture all of the necessary details. We will discuss floral elements, colour palette, style, season, and other elements that ensure your quote accurately reflects the vision.

We ask that our couples come prepared with photos and inspiration and a general understanding of their budget to ensure we can meet your expectations during the consultation process.

THE PROPOSAL

After our consultation, we will take the necessary time to create a detailed proposal outlining all of your floral needs with associated pricing. From there, we will establish the working budget and what is included within it. If you feel our team is the right fit and want to proceed with us for your wedding, you will be asked to provide a non-refundable retainer to secure our team for your date.

THE FINAL DETAIL APPOINTMENT

Once booked, we will require a final meeting approximately 8 -10 weeks before your wedding date, to confirm and finalize your floral design. If your vision, guest count, or logistics have changed since our first consultation, we will make the necessary adjustments and finalize your design plan. At this appointment, we will require final numbers as well as a floor plan for any centrepieces. After this appointment, a final quote will be provided to you for confirmation and final payment.
